About Randy Moy

Focus. Agility. Power.

Since 1996, Randy Moy has been practicing the meditative arts of tai chi chuan and mind boxing from master Cheung Fong Ha, one of the best tai chi masters in the USA. In 2011, Randy founded Swimming Dragon Tai Chi, a place where he can propagate master Ha's teachings. Randy started teaching at a local yoga school in Dedham, MA and have grown his student population to a point where he needed more space. This brought Swimming Dragon Tai Chi to its new home in Milton, Massachusetts at Santosha Yoga Studio in 2013. Randy has been teaching there since. With more than 20 years of experience in tai chi chuan and other meditative arts, Randy is one of a select group of students that is certified to teach these arts by master Fong Ha. Randy taught many workshops at the Boston Public Library, Forbes Museum, Milton Hospital, and other venues in the surrounding area and continue to share master Ha's art to help people move better, cultivate their inner strength, and develop their character.

His next goal is to get people to a point where they can be proficient enough to teach master Ha's martial art. So far, he had certified two people, Susan Bluestein & Dan Sullivan to teach tai chi for Health I. Dan Sullivan now leads his own class that meets Wednesdays and Fridays from 7pm - 8pm at Santosha Yoga studio. Randy looks forward to sharing all his knowledge with anyone that wants to learn tai chi chuan.
